win25 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "win25", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the win25 online betting platform, operated at https://win25.ws and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the win25 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player on the win25 platform, used to place bets, deposit funds, and access all platform features.
• "Platform" — the win25 website, mobile web application, and all associated betting, gaming, and support systems.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a Player's win25 Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits granted by win25 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by win25 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the official currency of Indonesia, which is the primary transactional currency of the win25 platform.
• "Crypto Assets" — USDT (Tether) and BTC (Bitcoin), which win25 accepts as alternative deposit and withdrawal methods.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond win25's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, placing any bet, making any deposit, or using any service offered by win25, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

win25 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, notify registered Players via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on win25, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. win25 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with responsible gaming best practices for the Indonesia market.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated programs may not register Accounts.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and entirely at your own risk. win25 does not solicit players in jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a win25 employee or any game-content provider licensed to win25.
• You have not previously been excluded from the win25 Platform or had an Account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each eligible Player may hold one Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. win25 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify win25 promptly of any changes.

• Account credentials (username and password) are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
• win25 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact win25 support immediately.
• win25 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

win25 operates a risk-based KYC program. Identity verification may be required before a Player's first withdrawal, when a Player's cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at any time win25 deems it necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.

Documents that may be requested include but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of Age: Document clearly showing your date of birth confirming you are 21 or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: Bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet screen, or photo of the card/account used to deposit.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and residential address in Indonesia, dated within the last 90 days.

Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. win25 aims to review submitted documents within 24 hours during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a request may result in Account suspension.

win25 accepts deposits via the following methods, all denominated in IDR unless otherwise specified:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks), BTC (Bitcoin mainchain).

All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed at the point of deposit. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are published in the win25 Cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

Cryptocurrency deposits are credited once the required number of network confirmations has been reached. win25 accepts no liability for delays caused by blockchain network congestion. Exchange rate fluctuations between deposit time and credit time are borne entirely by the Player.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the win25 compliance team.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the win25 Cashier section.
• win25 targets a processing time of under five minutes for standard local bank transfer withdrawals during peak banking hours (WIB). Processing times may be longer outside these hours, on public holidays, or during periods of high withdrawal volume.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times outside win25's control.
• win25 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially suspicious.

win25 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, mix parlay (accumulator) boosters, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and Imlek. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated on the promotion page.
• Bets placed using Bonus Balance on games excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• win25 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn while a Player's wagering is in progress, win25 will provide reasonable notice and honor winnings accrued up to that point.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting will be voided and the Account suspended.

win25 offers sports betting (including football, badminton, basketball, MotoGP, E-sports, and more), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slots, and online poker. The following general betting rules apply across all product verticals:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. win25 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in clearly defined circumstances outlined in specific market rules.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or data error resulting in a significantly incorrect odd being offered, win25 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price regardless of the outcome.
• For football markets, Asian Handicap and voor bola (head-start handicap) rules apply as published in the Sportsbook help section. In-play market availability is subject to data feed reliability and may be suspended without notice.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout. Settled void selections reduce the accumulator legs but do not void the entire bet unless otherwise specified.
• win25 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on individual markets or for individual Accounts at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• All togel draw results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes. Disputes about draw results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win25 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account in violation of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform without win25's express written consent.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game offering.
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any other unlawful purpose.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity or attempting to use compromised payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with win25 Platform software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward win25 support staff or other Players.

All content on the win25 Platform — including but not limited to the win25 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of win25 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any win25 Platform content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win25 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, Force Majeure events, or otherwise.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds, scores, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform.
• Any delay in crediting deposits or processing withdrawals attributable to third-party banking systems, e-wallet providers, or blockchain networks.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

In any event where win25 is found liable, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by win25's international licensing authority. win25 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and is subject to the oversight of its licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact win25 customer support to seek an informal resolution. win25 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to our licensing body's dispute resolution service, details of which are available upon request from our support team.
